I have been thinking and pondering what is pain? By definition it is: physical suffering or discomfort caused by illness or injury, or the act of causing mental or physical pain. But when you look at the radius that pain covers it is all relative. Depending on you and your situation pain can be anything that is emotional or physical burden brought on by any traumatic event. Or the flip side, it can be pleasure through pain, i.e. tattoos, freaky sex, or self inflicting pain.
But for this week’s post, I want to ask all of you who read this…if you know someone who has been adopted or even you yourself are adopted what are your feelings about it?
This topic hits close to home for me since I am adopted and I have memories of the process and my life before America, in transition, and my life now. But I have never truly written about my experience nor my emotional attachment to the subject or the experience.

Are from one of my favorite bands, Halestorm, and for some reason I feel a close connection to these lyrics. Like I have said before tattoos are not just art on skin, they are physical reminders to stay strong, to have faith in whatever it is you believe in; and some days it is a reminder of why you get up every morning.

I bet you didn’t!
To start off my profile series I would like to introduce you to this blondie-
Chrissi Coco.
Chrissi Coco is a motivated and determined individual, aiming for a triple major: pre-law, pre-med, and psychology. Definitely not an over achiever! But underneath all that intellect and her other assets, she is a guys gal. She can put on a dress and knock your socks off, and at the same time kick your ass at MW3 and have a mad right hook!
I’ve known Chrissi for awhile now, she, having been my model for quite a few projects, I have been trying to convert her to the dark side of tattoos for years! But before she was my model she was a participant in beauty pageants – nothing like Toddlers and Tiaras, she assures me…
She like many individuals is not a huge fan of needles, than again who really is? But when her pageant life ends or maybe by the end of this article I can convince her to pop her tattoo cherry! =P
As others who have asked me why I would ever do such a thing, as tattoo my body up, I asked Chrissi why she wouldn’t…if she can do a pageant she can handle a tattoo!
